Do I have to purchase a ferry ticket?
Ferry tickets (both ways) are included in the price of your ticket. Simply present your Pinknic ticket at the dock to get access to the boat.

What are the ferries departure times and location?
Free ferry service is available from Manhattan and Brooklyn, starting at 11am. Simply present your Pinknic ticket at the dock and you will be allowed onboard. With three ferries providing service out of Manhattan (running every 30 minutes) and one ferry out of Brooklyn (running every hour), we strongly recommend guests to take the Manhattan ferry for faster service to the Island. Please note that VIP Priority Boarding will only be available out of Manhattan. You can find the full ferry schedules and locations here: https://govisland.com/info/ferry

Is there parking available next to the ferry docks?
There are several parking garages in the area including one across the street on Whitehall Street/South Street.

As a friendly reminder, please note that the walk from the Governors Island dock to the event site is about 10 to 15 minutes. Whatever you bring will have to be carried that distance. Those who purchase Pinknic Baskets can simply pick up their pre-ordered selection at the event site.
